When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days, but we do state that they could take 2-10 business days or, for orders shipping from overseas, 5-10 business days. These times do not include Pre-Orders. Holidays can also delay shipping times. We will always have an announcement on our home page to keep you informed of any expected shipping delays.
Need a product sooner? Some products may be eligible for expedited shipping for a fee. Please contact us with questions.

Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the US at this time.

Why Was My Subscribe and Save Cancelled?
We will make 2 attempts within 7 days to bill for your subscription. If both fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You are more than welcome to sign up again at anytime.

Can I Return A Product?
If there is an issue with your order you need to contact us within 72 hours of your order being delivered. You will be provided with a return shipping address. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The restocking fee and shipping fees may be waived if the order error was on behalf of Addalynn Rose Boutique. Refunds will be issued 1-2 business days once the product has been received & approved.

Addalynn Rose Boutique does not accept returns on any food products, swimwear, intimates, jewelry or health and beauty products.

Do You Offer Discounts?
We currently offer customers 10% off your first order when you sign up to our newsletter. We also offer random discounts and sales that you can be notified via our newsletter. At times we offer exclusive deals to members of our VIP Facebook Group.

Are All Your Products New?
Yes everything is new, however some products may not have tags on them.
